Do I need to install anything?
No. Phono Count opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose monthly or yearly and pay by CliQ or cash. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never ask for a card.
Can my staff see my costs and profit?
Only if you allow it. Counter staff and technicians never see cost prices or profit; the system itself refuses, not just the screen.
Can I bring in my existing stock and customers?
Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet. Every line is checked first and you see a preview before anything is saved.
Who can see my shop's data?
Only you and the staff you allow. FinoExpert staff see your subscription, not your sales, costs or customers, unless you grant temporary support access, which expires and is logged.
