Terms of service
Draft of 7 November 2026
These terms apply when a shop uses Phono Count, a service of FinoExpert Technologies ("FinoExpert", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your shop.
1. The service
Phono Count is an online system for running a mobile phone shop: sales, stock, repairs, purchases, customers, suppliers, staff and accounts. We may improve and change features over time; we will tell you in advance about any change that removes something important you use.
2. Your account and your staff
The shop owner opens the account and is responsible for it. You create your staff's logins, decide what each person may do, and are responsible for what they do in the system. Keep passwords and PINs private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
3. Free trial and plans
Every new shop gets 30 days free. Plans are Retail, Wholesale and Both; the plan matches who your shop sells to. Prices are shown in Jordanian dinars on our website. A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months.
We may change prices. A new price applies from your next payment, never to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies.
4. Payment
You pay monthly or yearly in advance by CliQ, cash or another method we accept. We do not take card details and nothing is charged automatically. Payments include any tax that applies by law [to confirm: sales tax treatment].
If a payment is not made when due, we may limit the account to viewing and exporting your data after [number] days' notice, until payment is made [to decide].
5. Changing plan
During the trial a plan change applies at once. After you have paid, a move to a higher plan starts once we approve it and is charged from your next payment; a move to a lower plan starts at your next payment.
6. Your data
The data you put into Phono Count belongs to your shop. We use it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or show it to other shops or suppliers.
Our staff cannot see your sales, costs or customers. If you need help, you can grant temporary support access, which expires and is recorded. You can export your data at any time.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, for your own tax and legal obligations, and for having the right to store your customers' details. Phono Count is a tool: it does not give legal, tax or accounting advice.
Do not misuse the service, try to reach other shops' data, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep Phono Count available at all times and back up the data every day, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can.
9. Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim [to confirm with a lawyer].
10. Ending the service
You can stop using Phono Count at any time. A period already paid for is not refunded [to decide]. After an account ends we keep your data for [number] days so you can export it, then delete it, except records the law requires us to keep [to decide].
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where possible.
11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you before important changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman decide any dispute [to confirm].
